Seaflyer was founded in Augest 1st, 1998 with 30 staff.After about ten years continuous growth ,It has about 600 staff ,including 200 skilled engineers and expanded its factory coverage to 10,000 squre meter. It is mainly specialized in designing and manufacturing all kinds of size injection mould for Automotive,medical and household appliance industries .in addition, we are also experienced in design and manufacture of BMC (thermoseting material) mould,overmould , MUD mould,Gas-assist moldprototype mould and two-shots moulds. since 2002 ,80% of our tooling are exported to Europe ,North America , Japan and Australia. We have won good reputation and support from worldwide customers for the following reasons.
1) State of the art equipment : we have more than 100 advanced machines, including 13 CNC machines ( thereinto 6 high speed machines) 4 high precision EDM machines ,3 high precision wire cut machines,30 injection machines, 15 flat grinders and 1 CMM measuring machine.
2)Powerful Design Capability: We have 35 experienced designer . we use Pro-E, UG, Solidwork,CAD in design and we can do mold flow analysis.
3)Professional Project management: We have a project management team consists of 10 project engineers and 3 managers to follow up customer's project and help the client solve some issue in mold designing mold processing ,mold testing.They keep in contact with customers everyday and send Time schedule with pictures to customer every week.

4)Strictly Quality Management :Seaflyer had become an ISO 9001:2000 certified company in may,2005,We are determined to construct TS16949 system and finish it at September, 2009.
In my quality control department has 12 professional quality employees and 1 quality manager . Our products are inspected at every stage throughout the tooling process: Drawing auditing , in process of CNC milling ,Copper electrode check, Finished EDM check , After W/C process check,mold fitting and assembly check. Finished the mold testing then check the sample appearance and dimensions . We would like to fully check before the mould be shipped out.In additional ,we can supply the steel certificate,moldbase certificate and heat treatment report ,Also we can provide customer with ASP,FAI,CPK,GR&R ,MSA , SPC and PPAPreports.
